Job summary

QNB Group in Doha is seeking an experienced AVP, Domain Support to lead the Domain Operations team. You will oversee the maintenance of enterprise domain services, including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and backup systems, while ensuring service levels align with bank policies.

The role requires 10+ years in financial IT, strong leadership, and the ability to drive IT standards, security, and disaster recovery planning across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; at least 10 years in financial services IT.
• Expertise in designing and maintaining enterprise networks and servers.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead domain support team to maintain IT domain operations within budget.
• Ensure SLA adherence and liaison with customers and IT stakeholders.
• Oversee Active Directory, Exchange, Archiving, Backup, ECC, SharePoint.
• Plan and implement hardware/software standards; ensure DR readiness.
• Coordinate vendor selection and contract management.
• Prepare performance reports for management and auditors.
