Euro Staffs in Doha is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vehicle service center in Qatar. This on-site, full-time role focuses on managing workshop operations, supervising staff, and achieving operational and financial targets.

The candidate should lead technicians and service advisors, ensure high-quality service, monitor productivity and turnaround times, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing an automotive service center or workshop.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair operations.
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the automotive service center.
• Lead and motivate technicians, mechanics, service advisors, and support staff.
• Ensure vehicles are inspected, diagnosed, repaired, and serviced according to quality standards.
• Monitor workshop productivity, job progress, and turnaround times.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Review repair estimates and ensure proper approval before work begins.
• Monitor workshop costs, revenue, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with the spare parts and purchasing departments to ensure timely availability of parts.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and workshop standards.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
