Job summary

Iris Star is actively seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Airline Loyalty to join our client engineering and product team on-site in Qatar. You will lead end-to-end delivery of loyalty, digital engagement, and gamification products across web and mobile channels.

The role requires 10 to 15 years in business analysis, product management, and loyalty systems, with strong Agile delivery and SME knowledge of enrollment, accrual, and tier management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 10–15 years in business analysis, product management, and loyalty systems.
• Hands-on airline loyalty and frequent flyer systems experience.
• Strong Agile delivery, requirements gathering, and user story creation.
• Experience with APIs, data flows, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness for full-time on-site in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of loyalty, digital engagement, and gamification products across web and mobile channels.
• Gather, analyse, document requirements, user stories, processes, and acceptance criteria.
• SME for airline loyalty programs including enrollment, accrual, and tier management.
• Define and deliver gamification features including challenges, badges, rewards, streaks, leaderboards.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, UX, Marketing, Loyalty, and partner squads in Agile cycles.
• Analyse APIs and data flows to support architecture and UAT testing.
• Manage stakeholders and monitor product performance.
• Document functional specs, user journeys, and runbooks.
