Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant culinary experience.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict airline production deadlines.
• Experience supervising and guiding diverse kitchen teams.
• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy for production tracking and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, cooking, and plating of airline meals according to flight load schedules.
• Ensure FIFO principles are followed when handling raw materials.
