• Must have at least a High School qualification with minimum 6 years of job-related experience.
• Additional job-specific skills listed in the ad include knowledge of Food & Beverages, basic food hygiene & HACCP, English literacy, trend awareness in fine dining, ability to supervise a large staff, planning and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Check and maintain food orders for Amiri and VVIP flight preparations.
• Support Sous Chefs in menu planning and ensure all items are prepared and collected.
• Evaluate section manpower and equipment needs for upcoming cycles.
• Coordinate with Stores to ensure raw materials availability 72 hours before menu start date.
• Ensure on-time provision of requirements for all flights in the shift.
• Supervise smooth running of production and handover process for the assigned area.
• Provide supervision to maintain standards across production areas.
• Keep updated records on unresolved issues and report to Sous Chef or higher.
