Job summary

Al Emadi Enterprises is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the full accounting function across group companies, ensuring accurate records, timely closes, strong internal controls, and reliable reporting for decision-making.

The role covers diverse business units including automotive, F&B, retail, real estate, and more, with responsibilities spanning journal entries, reconciliations, cash flow, and intercompany accounting. A leadership role requiring IFRS proficiency and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA/CA or equivalent qualification is must.
• 7–10 years of accounting experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in group/multi-branch/shared services finance environment preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations across multiple business units.
• Supervise the finance team and ensure deadlines and accuracy.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Prepare and review management reports, financial statements, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper recording of revenues, expenses, and assets.
