Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the group’s financial strategy
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and financial reporting
• Supporting acquisitions, development projects, and due diligence processes
• Driving performance analysis across assets and implementing corrective actions
• Managing banking, audit, and shareholder relationships
• Establishing robust financial controls, systems, and compliance frameworks
• Leading and mentoring the finance team across corporate and property levels
• Partnering with operations to maximise profitability and efficiency
• Overseeing capital expenditure planning and investment evaluation

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Significant experience within the hospitality sector, ideally in a multi-property environment
• Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role
• Strong expertise across financial strategy, treasury, tax, and reporting
• Experience in M&A, due diligence, and investment structuring is highly desirable
• Prior Middle East experience preferred
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
