Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Doha is seeking a Security & Hygiene Coordinator to join our Security & Hygiene team. The role focuses on administration, payroll, rostering, and staff records while preparing for Food Safety training and compliance with local regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, be highly organized, and possess excellent English communication. Experience in a 5-star hotel and international exposure are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
• International work experience across Asia and the Middle East is preferred.
• Background in Food & Beverage or Culinary operations is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental documentation and filing system.
• Payroll and rostering system administration.
• Maintain staff records and assist HR related tasks.
• Undergo training relating to Food Safety compliance.
• Ensure compliance with FLHSSE, Food Safety and local regulations.
