Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Doha is seeking a Security & Hygiene Coordinator to support the Hygiene team with documentation, payroll, rostering, and HR tasks. The role involves ensuring compliance with Food Safety standards and local regulations, reporting to the Assistant Director of Hygiene.

The candidate should have hotel experience, strong administrative abilities, and excellent English communication. Arabic skills are a plus in this multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Experience with HR related tasks and payroll/rostering systems is preferred.
• Willingness to undergo Food Safety training and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental documentation and filing system.
• Oversee payroll and rostering system; maintain staff records.
• Assist with HR related tasks and training for Food Safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Hygiene staff to uphold safety standards.
