Qualifications

• Strong understanding of food quality control, including receiving procedures and storage standards.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety requirements and municipality regulations.
• Ability to conduct regular school visits, monitor operations, and ensure compliance across locations.
• English language proficiency, written and verbal.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for interaction with students, teachers, management, and staff.
• Driving license is required.

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified School Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage food service operations across 12 schools.

The ideal candidate must have strong operational knowledge and the ability to ensure compliance with the highest standards of food quality safety and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Proven experience and strong knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), HACCP principles, and health & hygiene regulations.
• Ability to develop, manage, and optimize staff schedules, duty rosters, and transportation plans.
• Strong understanding of food quality control, including receiving procedures, product inspection, storage standards, and service quality monitoring.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety requirements, municipality regulations, and restaurant hygiene standards.
• Ability to conduct regular school visits, monitor operations, and ensure compliance across all locations.
• Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to interact professionally with students, teachers, school management, and employees.
• Valid driving license is required.
