Job summary

Burjline Builders is seeking an experienced Facilities Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning services across a large commercial facility in Doha. You will lead cleaning teams, uphold quality and safety standards, and drive exceptional customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least five years of supervisory experience in commercial cleaning or facilities management, plus strong leadership and communication skills. CAFM/FM knowledge and HSE training are a bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in commercial cleaning or facilities management.
• Experience leading medium to large cleaning teams.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations and housekeeping staff.
• Allocate manpower and monitor attendance.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Ensure cleaning schedules are completed efficiently.
• Train and mentor cleaning personnel.
• Monitor cleaning materials, chemicals and equipment.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures.
• Coordinate with management to resolve operational issues.
