Job summary

A to Z Services, Qatar, seeks an experienced School Operations Supervisor to oversee food service across 12 schools in Doha. You will ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and service standards, guiding teams to deliver safe, nutritious meals daily.

The role demands strong leadership, clear English communication, and the ability to manage multiple locations efficiently. A valid driving license is required, with readiness to travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• FSMS, HACCP knowledge and health & hygiene regulations.
• Ability to develop, manage, and optimize staff schedules, duty rosters, and transportation plans.
• Strong understanding of food quality control, including receiving procedures and storage standards.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety requirements and municipality regulations.
• Ability to conduct regular school visits, monitor operations, and ensure compliance across locations.
• English language proficiency, written and verbal.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for interaction with students, teachers, management, and staff.
• Driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food service operations across 12 schools and ensure high standards.
• Maintain FSMS/HACCP compliance and health & hygiene regulations.
