Job summary

Vistas Global is seeking an experienced Applications Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 support for SAP and Microsoft applications. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate RCA with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2+ years in application support, a IT-related bachelor’s degree, and ITIL fundamentals. Experience with SAP, Microsoft systems, and vendor coordination is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of application support experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft systems.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals certifications, e.g. MS-900, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 application support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Support implementation, configuration, upgrades, and operational activities for SAP and Microsoft applications.
• Monitor application performance, availability, and system operations.
• Analyze incidents, perform basic root cause analysis (RCA), and coordinate issue resolution.
• Manage service requests, incidents, changes, and escalations in line with ITIL practices.
• Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure, development, and business teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
• Support application releases, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
