Job summary

Command Post QFZ LLC seeks an experienced L2 Support Engineer to sustain SCATS and Tolling back-office systems in a Doha-based ITS environment. You will handle preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor system health, and troubleshoot incidents across applications and infrastructure in a 24/7 shift setup.

The role requires 5–8 years in IT/OT operations support, strong VMware expertise, and knowledge of enterprise platforms like SAP S/4HANA and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant L1/L2 IT or OT operations support experience in ITS/tolling environments preferred.
• Hands-on VMware experience (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi) and enterprise backbone tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 operational and technical support for SCATS and Tolling back-office applications and infrastructure.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor system health, live signal performance, faults and transaction processing.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, controller and detector incidents.
• Diagnose and escalate to L3 or OEMs when required.
• Record incidents, service requests, and maintenance activities in service-management platforms; generate KPI reports.
