Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. - Qatar, Doha is seeking a proactive Field Sales Specialist to grow HoReCa business across Qatar.

You will conduct daily market visits to hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering firms, and bakeries, generating leads and managing existing accounts. You will build strong relationships with head chefs, purchase managers, and F&B Supervisors; achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets; track market trends and prices; and coordinate with warehouses to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Hands-on sales experience in the Food Service / HoReCa market in Qatar.
• Strong network of HoReCa clients in Qatar and familiarity with local market trends and food safety standards.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, customer service and consultative selling abilities.

Responsibilities

Direct Field Sales: Conduct daily market visits across Qatar to generate leads, acquire new clients, and manage existing accounts in the HoReCa sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Catering Companies, and Bakeries).

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key operational decision-makers, including Head Chefs, Purchase Managers, and F&B Supervisors.

Order Processing & Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume and revenue targets. Accurately collect and process client purchase orders.

Market Intelligence: Track competitor prices, market trends, new restaurant openings, and changing customer preferences, reporting insights back to management.

Stock Coordination: Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery and avoid stockouts or delivery delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands‑on sales experience in the Food Service / HoReCa market in Qatar.

Market Knowledge: Strong existing network of HoReCa clients in Qatar and deep familiarity with local market trends and food safety standards.

Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, customer service, and consultative selling abilities.

Education: High school diploma, diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality.

Languages: Spoken and written English fluency is required; conversational Arabic is a strong advantage.
