Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in luxury or upscale hotels.
• Mandatory GCC hospitality sales experience with strong knowledge of Qatar and GCC markets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth for Andaz Doha through proactive sales activities, strategic account management, and business development. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with corporate and leisure accounts, while maximizing hotel occupancy, and market share. The Sales Manager is responsible to act as a sales specialist and be responsible to ensure the related revenue is maximized in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.
