Job summary

Match | ماتش in Doha is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a distinguished shopping experience, organize products, and ensure accurate sales operations.

You will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide the right products while maintaining store cleanliness, arranging shelves, and recording daily sales to close the cashier at day’s end. Knowledge of perfumes and basic POS like Odoo will help you offer informed promotions and build customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of perfumes, ingredients, and usage.
• Basic selling and POS knowledge (Odoo).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand needs and recommend products.
• Meet daily sales goals by enhancing the customer experience.
• Handle complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Enter products into the system and maintain FIFO stock.
• Arrange store and shelves attractively per company standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and prepare store/warehouse for customers.

• Highlight promotions and provide sales advice.
• Support opening the branch on time and readiness for work.
• Record daily sales, close the cashier, and prepare for end of day.

Primary Purpose:

Achieving daily sales goals by providing a distinguished shopping experience, organizing products within the store, and ensuring the accuracy of sales operations. He also adheres to the standards of cleanliness and general appearance, and participates in receiving and arranging the goods in a way that supports the branch’s objectives and enhances customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:

• Welcoming customers, understanding their needs and providing the right products
• Achieving daily sales goals by enhancing the customer experience.
• Dealing with complaints and inquiries professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Enter products into the system accurately, ensuring they are arranged according to a FIFO (oldest first) policy to minimize waste.
• Organizing products inside the store in an attractive way according to company standards.
• Maintaining the daily cleanliness of the store and arranging the shelves and warehouse to ensure a comfortable shopping environment.
• Gain detailed knowledge of perfumes, their ingredients, and ways to use them
• Highlighting promotions and providing advice to enhance sales.
• Contributing to opening the branch on time and ensuring its readiness for work.
• Recording daily sales, closing the cashier, and organizing the store for the end of the day.
• Performs any work requested by the direct manager.
