Job summary

Rigid Fiberglass is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to expand our client base across Qatar and the GCC. You will blend technical insight with sales skills to promote our GRP/FRP solutions and drive significant business growth.

You will identify opportunities, prepare technical proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and build long-term client relationships while coordinating with production for custom orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience.
• Experience in construction, industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Technical understanding of composite materials (preferred).
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
• Valid Qatar driving license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Qatar and GCC.
• Prepare technical proposals and quotations.
• Conduct product presentations and factory tours.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with production on custom orders.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Attend industry exhibitions and networking events.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis.
