Job summary

Rigid Fiberglass in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our fiberglass manufacturing operations. You will lead a team of technicians and ensure production targets are met while maintaining our high-quality standards across GRP/FRP products.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 5+ years in composite/fiberglass manufacturing, proven leadership, and solid knowledge of GRP/FRP production processes and ISO 9001:2015.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in composite/fiberglass manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of GRP/FRP production processes.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily GRP/FRP production operations.
• Mentor a team of technicians.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
• Coordinate with Quality Control for inspections.
• Optimize production schedules and workflow.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Enforce health and safety regulations.
• Report production metrics to management.
