Job summary

Sisco is hiring a GRP Supervisor (Non Metallic) in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GRP piping systems and at least 5 years of experience in the GCC region. Responsibilities include supervising installation activities, ensuring quality standards, and resolving on-site issues. Preferred qualifications include a diploma or engineering degree and experience in Oil & Gas projects. The role offers a chance to work on significant projects in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of GCC experience in GRP/non-metallic works.
• Prior experience in Qatar or Middle East projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise GRP/non-metallic piping erection and installation activities.
• Monitor workforce productivity and daily site progress.
• Ensure work execution follows project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams.
• Conduct inspections and resolve on-site technical issues.
• Maintain quality standards and project timelines.
• Prepare daily reports and progress updates.

Skills

Strong knowledge of GRP/FRP piping systems

Experience in erection and installation works

Site supervision and manpower handling

Ability to read technical drawings

GCC project experience mandatory

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

Education

Diploma / ITI / Engineering related qualification
