Job summary

Rigid Fiberglass in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to join our team full-time. You will conduct inspections, perform mechanical and chemical testing on GRP/FRP products, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and related standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in materials or related field, at least 3 years in QC/QA in manufacturing, and strong English communication. Training and certification opportunities are available as part of our commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in QC/QA in manufacturing.
• Experience with composite materials testing preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ASTM, and BS standards.
• Proficiency in quality management software.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections on raw materials and finished products.
• Perform mechanical and chemical testing on GRP/FRP products.
• Maintain documentation for ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformances.
• Develop and update quality control procedures.
• Coordinate with production team on quality improvements.
• Prepare quality reports and certificates for clients.
• Support external audits and certifications.
