Job summary

Accor Doha is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain guest rooms, public areas, and exterior spaces to brand standards. You will report defects via KnowCross, adhere to brand quality audits, and ensure health and safety compliance when handling cleaning materials.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Physical fitness to stand, lift and push for extended periods
• Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safe handling of chemicals
• Proficiency in English; additional languages beneficial
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and exterior areas to brand standards, ensuring they are well-presented at all times
• Report maintenance defects in guest rooms, public areas, and back of house through KnowCross
• Adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards throughout the hotel
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards when handling cleaning materials
• Provide exceptional customer care, maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude even when faced with challenges
• Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required
• Attend all required training sessions and continuously improve your skills and knowledge
