Job summary

Raffles & Fairmont Doha is hiring a Room Attendant to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation in guest rooms, suites and related areas. You will deliver attentive service while respecting guest privacy to ensure a luxurious, memorable stay.

The role requires accuracy, strong organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced luxury environment. Prior housekeeping experience and basic English are preferred, with shifts including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards and housekeeping practices.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites and bathrooms to luxury hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, towels and replenish guest amenities.
• Ensure rooms are clean, organized and ready for arrivals.
• Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items.
• Respond promptly, courteously and professionally to guest requests.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, safety and security procedures.
• Respect guest privacy and follow room access procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for efficient operations.
• Maintain equipment and supplies in good condition.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and presentation.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures to maintain high service quality.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction through attentive and personalized service.
