Qualifications

• Two years supervisory experience in a manufacturing/operational environment.
• Practical understanding of industrial/manufacturing principles.
• ERP knowledge with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve yield, defect rates, dimensional tolerances, and surface quality of hot rolled product.
• Assist in developing set-up parameters for new products.
