Job summary

Fusion Group Holding - Qatar is seeking a qualified Operations Shift Supervisor to lead a production shift in a petrochemical setting. You will manage direct reports, coordinate safety, quality and process improvements, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards while maintaining high equipment reliability.

The role requires strong mentoring, hands-on supervision, and the ability to resolve operational issues promptly to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in the O&G Industry.
• Working knowledge of SAP, PI, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to coach and mentor personnel.
• Advanced knowledge of plant operations.
• Advanced proficiency in communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift personnel to meet production goals safely.
• Oversee unit operations and conduct comprehensive shift turnover.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
• Coordinate training and development of operators and cross-training.
• Prepare daily shift reports and communicate with leadership.
• Implement policies and drive continuous improvement in operations.
