Qatar Airways Group is seeking an ERP Transformation Manager – Retail Front of House to own the end-to-end Retail POS ecosystem (Xstore POS, Xstore Office, XOCS) and related store technology. You will own data, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support while aligning store operations with eCommerce and omnichannel orders.

You will lead large-scale data migration, test strategy, and multi-site rollouts in a live trading environment, coordinating with Store Ops, IT, Finance, Loyalty, and the SI

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
Delivery through full implementation lifecycle in live trading environments.
Hands-on test management and data migration experience.

Mansioni

Own Retail Front of House end-to-end implementation and go-live readiness.
Lead data migration, testing, and sign-off across conversion cycles.
Manage multi-site POS rollout and store readiness around trading peaks.
Support omnichannel order flows between stores and eCommerce.
