Job summary

Azadea Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and support shop floor operations in Doha. You will guide customer service excellence, supervise stock levels, and assist in managing staff performance and schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role focuses on delivering consistent customer experiences, coordinating with department managers, and reporting on KPIs to drive sales and efficiency. A minimum of two years in retail management is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail or equivalent management experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide expert advice to assist in purchases while upholding quality and service standards.
• Assist managers with inventory maintenance and product orders to ensure stock availability.
• Report issues promptly and resolve customer complaints to maintain efficiency and satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed KPI, sales, inventory, and productivity reports for informed decision making.
• Assist in staff scheduling to align with needs and optimize costs.
• Assign tasks to sales associates, cashiers, and coordinators to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise opening/closing procedures, petty cash, and reporting in line with policy and security.
