Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure staff provide timely, quality service.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Control merchandising to optimize sales while aligning with brand image.
• Monitor stock levels, maintain inventories, and reorder merchandise as needed.
• Manage department staff by setting goals, overseeing performance, and developing employees.
• Conduct daily department meetings for clear communication of activities and objectives.
• Provide on-the-job training and instructions to foster development and maintain standards.
• Plan and prepare weekly team schedules for approval.
• Implement up-selling and cross-selling strategies to maximize sales.
