Job summary

Pullman Hotels & Resorts in Qatar is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to assist in day-to-day restaurant operations, supervise staff during shifts, and ensure excellent customer service and high food quality standards.

You will help with staff scheduling, recruitment and onboarding, training, and maintaining food safety and hygiene compliance. The role supports cash handling, inventory management, and helping the team achieve sales targets while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory or assistant management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of restaurant operations.
• Supervise and support restaurant staff during shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock orders.
• Assist in managing cash handling, daily sales reports, and operational records.
• Support the achievement of sales targets and cost control measures.
• Handle opening and closing procedures as required.
