Job summary

Mondrian Doha is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations and superior guest service in our restaurant. You will lead servers, supervise daily activities, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards and budgetary guidelines.

Responsibilities include guiding the team, handling cash procedures, liaising with Head Chef, and contributing to guest satisfaction. This role requires flexibility across shifts and a proactive approach to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Previous work experience in a restaurant/food and beverage setting.
• Flexibility with shifts of the outlet dependent on business demands.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the day to day operation is smooth in the restaurant.
• Assist the leadership team of the restaurant in achieving high guest satisfaction.
• Guide and lead the server in the restaurant.
• Perform the duties of supervisor on regular basis.
• Maximize sales potential and encourage up selling in order to maximize rates.
• To follow Company procedures when handling cash, credit cards and cheques.
• To liaise with Head Chef on a regular basis.
• Carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested.
