Confidential Company in Qatar is seeking an Operations Manager for our car rental division. You will oversee daily rental operations from booking to return, ensuring a seamless and customer-focused experience.

You will lead and train a team of rental agents, manage fleet availability and maintenance, develop pricing promotions to grow revenue, and ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3-5 years in car rental or automotive operations.
• Experience in leading teams and improving operations.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily rental operations ensuring seamless customer experiences from booking to return.
• Manage fleet availability and condition coordinating maintenance and cleaning schedules to maximize utilization.
• Develop and implement strategic pricing and promotional offers to drive revenue and market share.
• Lead and motivate a team of rental agents providing training performance feedback and fostering a customer-centric culture.
• Handle customer inquiries complaints and disputes with professionalism aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies local regulations and insurance requirements.
• Analyze rental data and market trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements and business growth.
• Manage inventory of vehicles accessories and supplies optimizing stock levels and controlling costs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients travel agencies and other business partners.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols for vehicles and premises ensuring a secure environment for staff and customers.

Key Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in the car rental or automotive industry.
• Proven track record in managing teams and driving operational efficiency in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in rental management software and standard office productivity suites (e.g., MS Office).
• Strong understanding of fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and insurance procedures.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and [Specify other languages if applicable].
