Job summary

Siemens seeks an experienced Project Manager for grid software in Doha, Qatar. The role requires leading cross-functional teams through sales, design, delivery and commercial phases to ensure on-time, within-scope project outcomes.

Responsibilities include resource planning, risk management, and customer engagement, with travel around the Middle East region. Strong leadership and PM methodology expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in software development, integration and Smart Grids.
• Experience with utilities in Smart Grid markets is preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand customer objectives, contractual scope and obligations.
• Plan, schedule, budget and report project progress.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and effective communication.
• Manage resources and identify required skills across regions.
• Drive regional project reviews and ensure adherence to pm@SIEMENS guidelines.
• Support sales and proposals with technical solutions and cost estimates.
