Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Project Manager for the Electrical and Automation Team. You will oversee MV system projects, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality for international deployments.

This mid-level role requires 5–7 years in project execution, with expertise in MV switchgear configuration and a PMP or Siemens PM certification being favorable. Hybrid work model offered, global collaboration encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project execution experience for MV System projects.
• Expert Knowledge of configuration of MV Switchgear in NXTOOLS and OGT is a pre-requisite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
• PMP or certified PM with PM@Siemens is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple MV System, MV Solution & PA SOL Projects within the time, budget and quality frame.
• Overall planning of the project including project overview, contract structure, detailed planning of work packages, resource planning, scheduling, project documentation, project organization and interface management.
• Setting up efficient workflows for project controlling and reporting, enabling up-to-date project status.
• Identifying deviations in the project plan and managing causes and corrective actions.
• Negotiating and documenting changes of requirements and extensions of time as appropriate.
• Ensuring strong customer and stakeholder relations, and engaging with customers and authorities.
