Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Project Manager for Grid Software in Doha, Qatar. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of grid software projects, engage with customers, manage scope, schedule, and cost, and coordinate regional delivery teams.

The role requires strong leadership, a proactive sales mindset, and experience in agile software projects within the smart grid domain. Travel to regional sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in software development, integration and smart grids.
• Experience with utilities and Smart Grid market.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across regions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand customer objectives and contractual scope.
• Plan, schedule, budget and report project progress.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and effective communication.
• Manage resources and identify required skills.
• Lead regional project reviews and drive change management where needed.
• Support sales and proposals with technical solutions and cost estimates.
