Job summary

Worley is seeking a Sr Manager, Project & Business Risk (Regional) in Doha. You will lead risk management activities across LGCA, ensuring consistent application of RM processes and tools, while guiding a team of RM professionals and interfacing with project stakeholders.

The role requires 15+ years in project risk, relevant certifications, and strong facilitation skills to drive proactive risk management across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (min. 2:1) in Risk Management or related field
• IRM/ERM/RIMS certification or equivalent
• 15+ years of Project Risk Management experience
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative risk methods such as Monte Carlo / 3-point analysis
• Familiarity with Worley Risk Management tools and processes

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce regional risk management expectations and deliverables
• Oversee development and maintenance of project risk registers and RM documents
• Lead RM professionals in LGCA region and support career development
• Deliver RM services to project teams across lifecycle and communicate risk insights to stakeholders
• Conduct risk workshops and build risk models/cost-schedule analyses
