Job summary

Linum Consult Ltd. seeks a Senior Project Risk Manager for Qatar to lead risk, resilience, and continuity across construction and real estate sectors.

You will implement integrated risk frameworks, identify exposures, and support uninterrupted project delivery and asset operations in a dynamic Middle East market. The role requires 15 years’ experience, engineering background, and fluency in English and Arabic, with hands-on project exposure and strong stakeholder interaction.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with relevant professional certifications in Risk Management.
• 15 years’ experience in risk management, business continuity, crisis management, or similar managerial roles.
• Hands-on experience on building projects with some infrastructure exposure.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ongoing Qatarization program; only Qatari nationals are sought at this time.

Responsibilities

• Implement integrated frameworks for project risk, asset operations risk, business continuity, and crisis management.
• Identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks to support uninterrupted delivery and operations.
• Promote international best practices in risk and resilience management to enable informed decisions.
• Understand investment, development, project delivery, asset operations, and divestment processes.
• Support business units to implement an effective risk management methodology and approach.
• Understand project lifecycles, procurement strategies, governance, and delivery models to identify exposures.
• Challenge assumptions and advise project teams to enhance risk visibility and control.
