Job summary

Worley seeks a senior Risk Manager to lead and deliver comprehensive risk management for regional projects in LGCA, guiding processes, methods and tools used to identify, analyze and respond to risks. This role requires advanced expertise in quantitative risk analysis, governance and mentoring of staff.

Key responsibilities include development of risk management plans, facilitation of workshops, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure project success and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (min. 2:1) in Risk Management or related analytical discipline.
• Recognized Risk Management certification (e.g., IRM, ERM or RIMS) or equivalent experience +10 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management activities across LGCA region throughout project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project risk management plans and documentation.
• Facilitate risk workshops and training for project teams.
• Support strategic risk management initiatives and regional RM business development.
• Prepare and maintain risk registers and related reporting dashboards.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure compliance with risk processes.
