We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Regional Chief Commercial Officer to lead our commercial strategy across the Middle East region. Reporting to the Regional President and partnering closely with the Global Commercial organisation, this role will be instrumental in delivering profitable growth, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across a dynamic and diverse region.

What You'll Do

• Lead and execute the regional commercial strategy
• Drive revenue growth, customer retention and margin improvement
• Lead business development and secure a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
• Build executive-level relationships with airline and strategic customers
• Lead major contract negotiations, RFPs and commercial initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Senior commercial leadership experience within aviation, hospitality, travel services, logistics, consumer services, or a similarly complex international industry.
• Demonstrated success in business development, customer management and strategic growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large contracts and complex negotiations.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams within a matrix environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and leadership skills.
• Airline, airline catering, hospitality, travel services or strategy consulting experience will be highly regarded
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
