Confidential is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead an international hospitality and lifestyle group. The role oversees 17+ brands and 70+ outlets across multiple markets, driving operational excellence, commercial performance and scalable growth while maintaining brand identity.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in hospitality or related fields, with senior leadership experience at COO/CEO level and a proven track record in multi-brand, multi-market operations, including GCC exposure.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in hospitality, F&B, leisure or related sectors.
• Experience at COO, Group COO, CEO, Managing Director or equivalent senior executive level.
• Proven experience managing large multi-brand/multi-unit operations (50+ outlets).
• Strong P&L ownership and commercial management experience.
• Track record of improving revenue, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Experience across multiple countries or international markets; GCC experience desirable.
