Job summary

Confidential Company seeks an experienced facilities and property manager to oversee operations across multiple properties, directing maintenance, safety and cleanliness while managing third‑party vendors.

You will handle budgeting, rent reviews, lease renewals, tenant onboarding and ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety, and HSE regulations. 6–8 years of related experience and CPM/CCIM/RICS certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or Facilities Management.
• 6-8 years of experience in real estate management, property management, or commercial leasing.
• Certifications CPM, CCIM, or RICS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine maintenance repairs and capital improvement projects across all managed properties.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure structural integrity, safety and cleanliness.
• Manage soft services, cleaning, security, waste management, pest control and MEP/HVAC.
• Supervise third-party vendors, contractors and maintenance teams; negotiate SLAs.
• Prepare annual operating budgets, forecast cash flows and manage CapEx.
• Oversee rent collection, service charge reconciliation and arrears management.
• Review and negotiate lease agreements, renewals and tenant fit-out guidelines.
• Produce monthly and quarterly financial performance and variance reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, grievances and escalations.
• Coordinate with leasing agents to market vacant units and onboard new tenants.
• Ensure properties comply with building codes, fire safety, and environmental regulations.

Operational Facility Management

• Oversee routine maintenance repairs and capital improvement projects across all managed properties

• Supervise third-party vendors contractors and maintenance teams negotiate service level agreements SLAs

Financial Lease Management

• Prepare annual operating budgets forecast cash flows and manage capital expenditure CapEx
• Oversee rent collection service charge reconciliation and arrears management
• Review and negotiate lease agreements renewals and tenant fit-out guidelines
• Produce monthly and quarterly financial performance and property variance reports

Tenant Relations Leasing Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries grievances and emergency escalations
• Execute tenant retention strategies to maintain high occupancy and minimal vacancy downtime
• Coordinate with leasing agents and brokers to market vacant units and onboard new tenants

Compliance Risk Management

• Ensure properties comply with local building codes fire safety standards and environmental regulations
• Maintain comprehensive property insurance coverage and process liability or damage claims
• Implement emergency response plans and health and safety HSE protocols

Education, Experience and Certifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Facilities Management.
• Experience: 6-8 years of experience in real estate management, property management, or commercial leasing.
• Certifications: Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), or RICS certification.
