Job summary

taameergroup is seeking a Property Management Specialist in Doha to oversee day-to-day operations for residential and commercial properties. You will coordinate with tenants, owners, and contractors to ensure high service levels and optimal occupancy and income.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of property management experience, preferably in Qatar, with strong leasing, maintenance coordination, and English communication skills (Arabic an advantage).

Qualifications

• Bachelors or diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in Qatar.
• Good knowledge of property leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• English required, Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned residential and commercial properties.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Coordinate with maintenance, facility management, contractors, and service providers.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance to required standards.
• Monitor leases, occupancy, rental collections, and tenant documentation.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy, rentals, maintenance, and property performance.
• Maintain property and tenant records and ensure compliance with Qatar regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, and service providers.

Job description

The Property Management Specialist will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day management of assigned residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use properties. The role involves coordinating with tenants, property owners, contractors, and internal departments to ensure properties are well maintained, occupancy and rental income are optimised, and tenant services are delivered to a high standard. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of property management operations, leasing coordination, tenant relations, maintenance management, documentation, and the Qatar real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned residential and commercial properties.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Coordinate with maintenance, facility management, contractors, and service providers.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are maintained to required standards.
• Monitor lease agreements, occupancy, rental collections, and tenant documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate property, tenant, contract, and maintenance records.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy, rentals, maintenance, and property performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Qatar real estate regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, and service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in Qatar.
• real estate industry is required.
• Good knowledge of property leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems is preferred.
