Job summary

Swan Global in Doha seeks a Senior Property Supervisor to oversee building operations, maintenance, and tenant relations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with local laws.

You will lead daily management, coordinate contractors, review leases and contracts, and implement strategies to improve occupancy and asset value while liaising with owners and government entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in building and property management, operations, and maintenance.
• Proven skills in facility & property management, local real estate laws, and contract reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations, maintenance, and upkeep of assigned properties.
• Ensure all maintenance and operational activities meet the highest standards, including contractor work.
• Manage tenant relations, address inquiries and complaints efficiently, and ensure lease compliance.
• Prepare and review real estate contracts, lease agreements, and periodic performance reports for management review.
• Maintain knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations and the admin operations manual for government buildings.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving property value, occupancy, and operational efficiency.
• Liaise with property owners, tenants, and government entities.

Job Purpose

• Ensure all maintenance and operational activities, including those carried out by contractors, meet the highest standards.
• Manage tenant relations, address inquiries and complaints efficiently, and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
• Prepare and review real estate contracts, lease agreements, and periodic performance reports for management review.
• Maintain strong knowledge of and ensure strict adherence to local real estate laws, regulations, and the administrative operations manual for government buildings.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving property value, occupancy rates, and operational efficiency.
• Liaise and communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, and official government entities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in building and property management, operations, and maintenance.
• Skills:
  • Proven hands-on experience in Facility & Property Management.
