Job summary

Taameer Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive in Doha to manage client interactions across the real estate journey. The role involves handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting sales and leasing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma and 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in real estate. Arabic proficiency is required with English as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service (real estate experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet service standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, availability, and processes.
• Register leads and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate property viewings and follow up with clients.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalations when required.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Support sales, leasing, and property management teams with customer coordination.
• Ensure excellent customer experience before and after sales/lease.
