Job summary

Taameer Group in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Property Management Specialist to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. You will coordinate with tenants, property owners, contractors, and internal teams to maintain high service levels, optimize occupancy and rental income, and ensure smooth tenant services.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of property management experience in Qatar, a degree in Real Estate or related field, strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in property management, preferably in Qatar.
• Real estate industry knowledge required.
• Good knowledge of property leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned residential and commercial properties.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Coordinate with maintenance, facility management, contractors, and service providers.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are maintained to required standards.
• Monitor lease agreements, occupancy, rental collections, and tenant documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate property, tenant, contract, and maintenance records.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy, rentals, maintenance, and property performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Qatar real estate regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, and service providers.
