Job summary

Watheeqah Insurance Broker is seeking a Sales Executive to work on-site in Qatar. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, presenting insurance products, and preparing customized proposals aligned with client needs.

Daily duties include client meetings, lead follow-ups, and maintaining records while achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams ensures smooth policy processing, renewals, and after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
• Ability to manage a robust sales pipeline and long-term relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation.
• Comfort with learning and explaining insurance products and coverage options.
• Experience using CRM systems to track leads and activities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic a plus.
• Experience in Qatar or GCC markets is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
