Job summary

GIG Gulf in Qatar seeks a Personal Lines Sales Advisor to deliver high-quality in-person service to walk-in customers and drive Personal Lines insurance sales within a retail environment.

You will quote, issue policies, and handle renewals while providing compliant product information and building lasting customer relationships. Shift work is required and CISI certification is mandatory for this role.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a sales-driven, customer-facing role within insurance or financial services.
• Shift hours willingness to work.
• CISI certification is mandatory and Qatar market experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a sales-driven, client-facing representative for walk-in customers in-store.
• Identify customer needs and recommend Personal Lines insurance solutions to maximize sales.
• Achieve individual and shop sales targets and contribute to overall performance.
• Provide accurate, clear, and compliant product information per guidelines.
• Prepare quotations and support customers with new business, amendments, and renewals.
• Ensure complete and accurate customer information for quotations and policy changes.
