Job summary

Commercial Bank in Doha seeks an Insurance Sales Specialist to drive sales targets by promoting a balanced product mix and maintaining a strong client pipeline. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and Branches, manage new applications, and deliver excellent service to premium clients while upholding high quality standards.

The role requires 3–10 years in retail sales (insurance or banking preferred), English and Arabic fluency, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in retail sales (insurance or banking preferred).
• Fluent in English and Arabic (bilingual).
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets based on product mix.
• Work closely with RM/Branches to achieve their own targets.
• Maintain business pipeline with branch RMs/Sales officers.
• Ensure smooth flow of business by following underwriting guidelines.
• Handle new applications and document completeness for underwriting.
• Provide policy statements and fund fact sheets to the sales team on time.
• Attend joint client meetings with RM/Sales officers.
• Support to identify untapped clients and data for new business opportunities.
• Assist RM/Sales officers in client meetings for MetLife products.
• Drive balanced portfolio of protection and savings products.
• Deliver high-level service for premium clients and maintain KPIs.
