Job summary

Lime Tech Middle East in Doha is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to build the business from the ground up. You will lead contractor relationships, identify opportunities, and drive the sales process from initial contact to contract award in Qatar.

Reporting directly to Lime Tech's directors and collaborating with Qatari partners and the UK delivery team, you will shape regional growth, understand contractor markets, and convert conversations into scoped commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in winning business in Qatar's industrial services sector.
• Established contractor relationships with project managers and procurement teams.
• Strong commercial judgement on margins and terms.
• Self-directed, able to arrange meetings and visits with minimal local support.
• Fluent business English; Arabic advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop contractor relationships across construction, maintenance, shutdowns, industrial services, power, oil and gas, fabrication and marine work.
• Find specific opportunities: shutdowns needing rescue cover, specialist personnel, or defined electrical work packages.
• Manage the sales process from first contact through meetings, proposals and contract award.
• Coordinate with Qatari partners to turn introductions into productive meetings and clear next steps.
• Collaborate with UK team on scope, pricing, personnel, equipment and delivery readiness.
