Job summary

Burj Line Builders in Qatar seeks an experienced Business Development Executive to drive corporate services growth. This role focuses on end-to-end company formation, licensing guidance and advisory services, not solely sales, with emphasis on strategic client engagement.

You will work with corporate clients, entrepreneurs and investors, explaining formation steps and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven business development experience within corporate services, company formation, business consultancy or a related professional services environment.
• Strong practical knowledge of company formation and licensing procedures in Qatar is essential.
• Familiarity with QFC registration, licensing, renewals and regulatory processes.
• Experience managing corporate clients and generating new business.
• Strong commercial negotiation, networking and relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently advise clients on business setup requirements and available solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Currently based in Qatar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within Qatar's corporate services market.
• Develop relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, investors and corporate clients.
• Advise prospective clients on company formation, business registration and licensing requirements.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of QFC, MOCI and other relevant business setup frameworks in Qatar.
• Explain registration procedures, documentation requirements, approvals, renewals and amendments.
• Manage client relationships from initial consultation through onboarding and service delivery.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial agreements and achieve business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal operations, compliance and corporate services teams.
• Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks to generate new business.
