Job summary

Scale AI is seeking a Channel Manager in Doha to own and grow the partner network with government and enterprise clients. You will recruit local and global system integrators, technology partners, and resellers, drive partner-sourced pipeline, and align joint go-to-market motions with Scale's broader strategy in Qatar.

You will enable partners through training and certification programs, build trusted relationships at leadership levels, and report on KPIs to continuously improve the channel

Qualifications

• 7+ years of channel management or enterprise go-to-market experience in technology sectors.
• Deep knowledge of Qatar market and partner landscape.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Scale AI's channel partner ecosystem in Qatar, identifying, recruiting, and onboarding system integrators, technology partners, and resellers aligned with Scale's mission.
